1.02 Bhagwat Geeta Chapter 1 Shlok 1
**Bhagavad Gita Chapter 1, Verse 2** Sanjaya said: Seeing the Pandava army arranged in a strong and disciplined battle formation, King Duryodhana approached his teacher Dronacharya and began to speak. This verse marks the beginning of Duryodhana's reaction to the battlefield. Although he commanded a vast army and appeared confident, the sight of the well-organized Pandava forces disturbed him. Instead of addressing his own generals, he immediately went to his guru, Dronacharya. This reveals that beneath his outward confidence lay anxiety and fear. He realized that the Pandavas were well prepared and led by capable warriors. The verse teaches an important lesson that external strength does not always guarantee inner confidence. In life, when we face strong competition in business, studies, sports, or career, fear and insecurity can arise. The solution is not panic, but proper guidance, preparation, and strategy. True confidence comes not from numbers, but from inner strength and clarity.
